Q: How do i place my order in this website?
A: View the catalog in our website, fill the order form by the right hand corner of the page and we will get back to you with your invoice.
Q: Can i change the colour of the gown or the accent of the gown: How much is the extra charge?
A: No. You can't change the color of the gown.
Q: How long should i order my wedding dress before wedding?
A: Please place your order as far in advance of your wedding date as possible, normally can’t be less than 6weeks for new wedding dress. For those renting, place your order as least 4weeks before your wedding day. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alteration if necessary.
Q: Are you an Online Bridal store only?
A: Yes, all our business is done online. But you can view our Gowns at our Kaduna and Lagos stores
Q: Do you rent?
A: Yes, starting September, 2009. we will start renting out our bridal wears and accessories. We also sell new wedding dresses
Q: What I see on your website, is it exactly what will be delivered to me?
A: Yes. what you see on our online catalog is 100% what you will receieve
Q: If i'm not satisfied with my item(s), can i return it and get a refund?
A: Yes. But you will bear the return shipping charges and also 10% will be deducted from the amount you bought the item(s).
